Phil has a career spanning three decades in health improvement, more recently as South Ayrhsire's Health Partnership facilitator. In recent years, Phil led on South Ayrshire's Ageing Well Strategy.
Jackie is an Educational Psychologist with nearly 20 years' experience across both Public and Third Sector. In recent years Jackie has provided expert consultancy to national organisations on policy, reflective practice and culture.
Paula is a writer, broadcaster and adventurer. Paula has presented for BBC Radio Scotland has written columns for The Herald and The Huffington Post.
